Each product goes through a multi-step inspection prior to being sent out - every piece is made with care.

Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most orders.

That said, we want you to feel good about your purchase.

If something isn't right, please reach out - we're always happy to see what can be done.

Detailed descriptions are provided for each scrub hat to help you choose the best fit.

We are unable to offer refunds based on personal fit preferences.

Please also note that colours and pattern placement may vary slightly due to:

• lighting in photos

• screen settings

• where the fabric was cut

These are natural variations and part of what makes each hat unique.

If there is a defect such as a tear, rip or open seam - that's a different story.

Please reach out so we can make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with packaging, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.
