Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most orders.

Fit & Fabric Details
Detailed descriptions are provided for each scrub hat to help you choose the best fit.
We are unable to offer refunds based on personal fit preferences.
Please also note that colours and pattern placement may vary slightly due to:
• lighting in photos
• screen settings
• where the fabric was cut
These are natural variations and part of what makes each hat unique.
Quality Concerns
If there is a defect such as a tear, rip or open seam - that's a different story.
Please reach out so we can make it right.
Shipping & Packaging Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with packaging, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it.
